Doves Music Video (Behind the Scenes)

We rented out a studio for 6 hours to shoot part of a music video for the newest song that released in August, called "Doves". We have yet to shoot another scene outdoors in the midst of the city in Downtown Los Angeles. As some of you may already know, Japanese singer Hikari is featured in this song whom will also be featured in the music video. We will be hiring someone in Japan to record her portion of the video since she lives very far away. Furthermore, I plan to finish my video recordings here in California first before we get videos of her so that we can give references to the video crew in Japan to copy and mirror. This will help make both recordings look similar, as if they were recorded by the same person or in the same studio.

Here is some behind the scenes footage from yesterday in Burbank, California. It was very hot inside and in order to use the Air Conditioning, we had to pay an extra fee so we ended up just using a fan. I had 4 different outfits I put together for the 3 different instruments as well as a singing outfit. The idea is, to emphasize my entire contribution to this song as well as the whole album. Most of my fans think I'm just a singer and guitarist, when in reality I play all the instruments in the recordings, compose all my music, write lyrics, and mix all of the tracks before turning it in to the record label.
